Those are keyboard shortcuts. Ctrl if you’re using a Windows keyboard, Cmd if you’re using a Mac keyboard.

So Ctrl/Cmd + J means to press Ctrl and J on your keyboard at the same time (or Cmd and J at the same time if you’re on Mac keyboards).
